- Passport Size colour photograph*
- School card
- Applicant’s Signature*
- Caste certificate (in case of OBC, SC and ST) *
- Disability certificate ( just in case of Physically disabled) *
- Income certificate or salary slip ( parents/guardian)
- Class 10th Mark sheet * (Only for sophistication 12 Applicants)
- Family photo (Recent family photo showing all members standing ahead of your home). this is often not mandatory but would be helpful in processing your application
